Thoughts after Holiday in Seychelles…

I am back after two weeks of silence J

 

I have to write about the last 2 wonderful weeks of my life. I had gone to Seychelles and Mauritius with my wife on a holiday.

 

While both the countries were amazingly beautiful, there was something about Seychelles that completely took my breath away. Something about the peace in that country, about the natural beauty of that place, about the calmness that starts to grow on you, and ofcourse about their population J

 

The entire population of Seychelles is about 85000 people…come to think of it guys, we probably have more people crossing toll plaza on Delhi-Gurgaon highway everyday during peak hours J

 

Anyways the life on that island makes you rethink on many of your life fundas…sitting on the beach doing nothing you feel in a different world all together. You can actually hear each and every voice around you without getting jumbled up to mean nothing. Suddenly it struck me we run after all material things in life, create all man made means of making money, in the process destroy natural beauty of nature…..so that we can earn enough to go back and enjoy the nature. Kinda funny isn’t it J

 

Anyways unfortunately like everyone else I am stuck in this rat race and would sit and wonder why I can’t live that life which is infact just arms length away for all of us. In the process all places like Seychelles where nature is at its best and due to small population natural beauty is not destroyed, would keep turning into exotic locations. Weird where we have come to today….basic elements like water and even air (oxygen bars) have a price tag to it and all places with natural beauty are exotic locations in reach of only few with that kind of money.

 

Anyways that’s that for getting emotional after the beautiful trip. Some business sense in next one J
